The Adjustment Agreement

The Adjustment Agreement is a specification of how cooperative decision making should be practiced at OsloMet.

All state enterprises must have an agreement on participative decision making between the employer and the trade unions adapted to the needs of the enterprise and the employees.

Emphasis will be placed on schemes that provide the employees, through their organisations, with opportunities for real participation in the decision making process at the various levels of organisation.
